WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Nov.2008 - Optus call centre - Working with a team to help provide customer solutions. This role requires excellent communications skill as we often need to give information to someone with no understanding of a set subject, while also being a team player and helping out when ever someone is in need.

  • June.2007 - Slingshot call centre - Tier 2 customer support, second level of support for disgruntled customer who don't feel they have been helped at all. This position meant that I often had to deal with customer who were at breaking point. I feel it helped me build skills in both communications and solution finding.
  • Jan.2006 – Current Freelance Animation – Working a freelance artist for clients. I have done this off and on over the years, generally working on corporate advertisements and animated logos for the beginning of business videos.

  • Aug.2003 - Nov.2004 Anim8 Studios, Traditional animation for Disney's “Dave the Barbarian”. During this time I worked after my animation classes in a Disney studio doing key, inbetweening and clean up drawings. I was at this job until the series finished and the studio closed down.
